Corran, wondering if you could tell me how to get to this wave just from downtown montreal. Also, do you know of any river gauges that correspond to when the waves working best?

Hey, we paddlers should be used to it – we all see a little bit of skin at the putin and takeout. … although I have to say I’m glad that the eddy was so big…. any closer and that would have been [shudder] a different experience :!:

There are no guages or any way of knowing when and if its in… tis a 1hr drive and you get there and 19/20 there is nothing at all… but that one time….

Drive to melocheville through chatauguay…. when you pass the dam (power plant) keep going 5km and right turn on 8th ave. thats it
