That’s Capital Cup Levels. See you there at 4:30pm.

Except it ain’t Capital Cup conditions. Instead of a 20 yard wide hole with a nice shoulder, there is only a small pocket wave with a very flush right side. Think Pushbutton size feature. It was really weird yesterday; nowhere near as good as it should be for this water level.

Probably due to the level at the dam downstream at Portage , upstream level at Britannia(+4) in only 1/2 of the equation…

How is the eddy ??? Eddy is from downstream level, this should be a good indicator to compare with level 6 cup conditions.

oh yeah.. and the eddy at champlain looks not that great.. i’m thinking the dam below britannia is holding alot of water.. its not half as good as the cup was this year.. which was ok

The eddie was decent yesterday, no problems getting up it and a few boats wide. The gauge/ruler at the bottom of the eddie was reading around the 21-22 range if I remember correctly.

Yeah I was there this morning and its not that great. I’d say its fun when there is one or two people in the eddy because even though its flushy you can still throw down some stuff but with 15 peoples … you are going to get frustrated. Humm wander what remic is like at this level …

Remic is wicked at higher water, but harder to catch.
