Hey all, I’m new to the forum and just recently purchased a helmet from the online store. Its been sitting in the pending status all week and hasn’t shown up on my bill yet. Does anyone know if the site is active right now to take and ship orders? and how/if i can cancel an order if its not going to be processed until the paddling season begins.
Sorry for the slow response. Both of our shops are closed for the winter and I am working in Ottawa over the winter. Boatwerks slims down to a one man show over the winter months and I definitely have a hard time being prompt to respond to orders and email inquiries when I am not around.
