    Hey guys and gals,

my question is as follows: I recently picked up one of the new jakcson boats and have taken it out a few times. It seems when I look at the bottom of the boat the hull is not perfectly symmetrical (a slight indenting on the right side). This seems minor, but I felt compelled to ensure that this is completely normal and that it won’t lead to future problems…? If so, I’ll just go and get it replaced since it’s almost brand new.

    thanks <img loading=” title=”Smile” />

A significant difference from one side to the other is not normal. If it is big enough, it could affect the performance of the boat, especially on spinning moves. I really can’t tell you what "big enough" is, but if I had payed good $s for a new boat, I would be pretty picky about it.

thanks for the input. it’s extremely slight, but I’m just a little paranoid. I took it out on some flat water yesterday and found that I wasn’t spinning more to one side than the other, I’ll get some second opinions, but I think it’s going to be fine.
