    Ok…

I’m thinking there might be some people out there who have considered coming down for the show, but are reluctant because they’re not ‘nightclub goers’…..

That’s nuts, ‘cuz ‘The Rhino’ is NOT a nightclub! [i:1qz0btoi]It’s basically a very big version of any small town tavern you know and love.[/i:1qz0btoi]

The reason we can’t get the downstairs TVs to show Ben Aylesworth’s videos at the venue is because the local hockey team watches [b:1qz0btoi]Hockey Night in Canada[/b:1qz0btoi] after their Saturday games [b:1qz0btoi](Pittsburgh vs. Toronto this Saturday @ 7pm… You can watch the game at the Rhino & come up for the concert afterwards! Vacuity should be going on right around the end of the 3rd)[/b:1qz0btoi]…..

ONLINE TICKET SALES WILL CLOSE ON FRIDAY AT 8PM.

As of this morning at 9am we’ve sold 34 tickets, but as of yesterday at 5pm we’d only sold 22, so sales are definitely starting to pick up……

    Cheers,

    Bobbie.

Why isn’t this event sold out?

    240 kinds of beer,

It raises money to protect Canadian Rivers.

3 Bands who happen to have boaters in the line up.

What self respecting boater could pass up a night like that?

I’m sure lots of people are coming and expecting to buy tickets at the door, BUT prebuying tickets will help organizers know more people are coming and create some momentum of enthusiasm among the paddling community. Come on people! I propably know half of the people who have prebought tickets. Certainly we will see more than just the Guelph and area paddlers represented?

This will be a GREAT event!
