    Jill Baxter is a veteran river guide with a vast amount of experience in leading and planning multi-day large group expeditions. Canoe Trips do not have to be all Rye Bread and Harvest Foodworks. Veteran Wilderness Tripping guide Jill Baxter shares her strategies for packing and managing fresh foods on trip as well as some great techniques for preparing easy baked goods and friend wowing foods for your next trip.

    Ummm, that is three wednesdays from now, no? Or are there other seminars???

    It would be great if there are more because I would love to attend but I will be out of the country on the 28th.

    Hi Rossco,

    my appologies it is in two weeks as you indicate FEB 28th. Shame you’ll miss it but "out of the country" sounds promising as well. We don’t have immediate plans to have any more food seminars but there are other offerings in the series…check us out at http://www.yccc.ca (and they are posted here as well)
